Se midieron tambi\u00e9n\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">indicadores cardiovasculares<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> : presi\u00f3n arterial, perfil lip\u00eddico (colesterol, triglic\u00e9ridos) y capacidad antioxidante en sangre.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Como resultado, aquellos que disfrutaron de las fresas experimentaron una mejora notable en la velocidad de procesamiento de la informaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, su presi\u00f3n arterial sist\u00f3lica (el n\u00famero superior) disminuy\u00f3 en un promedio de 5 mmHg, una reducci\u00f3n significativa que podr\u00eda tener un impacto positivo en la prevenci\u00f3n de la hipertensi\u00f3n.
